I felt very taken care of and everything was done very efficiently. I also really appreciate the explanations and reassurances throughout since it made me feel calmer about what was happening, with it being my first time and all. Thanks everyone!
5 star experience hands down. I came in with a horrible sore throat, and the wait time was around 60 mins when I arrived which is average for urgent cares. The reception noticed there were openings with their primary care team, so rather than make me wait for an hour she scheduled me into an open slot which saved me both time and money. The nurse, Charity, was so kind and welcoming and delivered exceptional service. I was seen within 10 minutes of arriving which is a record for both urgent care and primary care for me.
I went in for a Sinus infection. I had already been on OTC meds for 5 days and getting worse. They prescribed me more OTC meds saying I could pick up antibiotic 5 days later if symptoms didn't get better. I suffered all weekend and DID NOT get better. Very very disappointed!!!
Care was reasonably quick. This isn't an Emergency Center. The people were great !! Everyone was attentive, patient, and caring. Best of all, every one of them spoke understandable English and not Medical Mumbo-Jumbo.
