My child is a multiply-disabled adult with developmental delays. The staff could not have been more kind and patient with her. They listened to my concerns and took my “she’s off baseline” seriously and made the right call to get her the right level of treatment.
Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and wanted to make sure I was comfortable. I felt like everyone truly cared about my issue and how I felt. Everything was explained every step of the way. Very professional and I was seen quickly, too.
I felt very taken care of and everything was done very efficiently. I also really appreciate the explanations and reassurances throughout since it made me feel calmer about what was happening, with it being my first time and all. Thanks everyone!
5 star experience hands down. I came in with a horrible sore throat, and the wait time was around 60 mins when I arrived which is average for urgent cares. The reception noticed there were openings with their primary care team, so rather than make me wait for an hour she scheduled me into an open slot which saved me both time and money. The nurse, Charity, was so kind and welcoming and delivered exceptional service. I was seen within 10 minutes of arriving which is a record for both urgent care and primary care for me.
