Very upset made two appointments for the specialists and they rescheduled both times. One hour before the appointment, and I am an hour away from the clinic. I have severe problems with my head. So this is the reason why I need to see a specialist. And then keep on rescheduling me. Now, it's seven weeks out and have not seen a specialists that my doctor had sent me to yet. This has been going on over a month now. This place it's becoming a joke, beware.
These guys made me appreciate my physical therapists and pain management specialist a LOT more. I had a system to mark where my leg hurt before I went in for Botox, and my doctor knew where everything was tight (pretty much right where I marked it) by feeling those places. I’ve been seeing the same physical therapists for a long time, and they know how my disability affects my body and what they can do to help. This is reference to a Craig Neilson rehab at Sugar House valet attendant,Victor Merlo. I am a twice weekly patient in rehabilitation. Victor is always such a pleasure to see as he greets my vehicle with a smile and greeting always remembering my name !!!! I just wanted you to know !!! The team of Drs, PT, OT, SLPs, aides, and staff are excellent. They are willing to listen and adjust as necessary! We sincerely appreciate this incredible team and amazing facility!
