I tried to get my husband into this faciltiy to rehab after a major hemorrhagic stroke. There was confusion with insurance from Tricare Prime vs Triwest VA Community Care. He has both and can go either way, yet the facitliy did not know they are different nor did the rehab facility he was in. He was discharged too soon from the hospital to rehab and still had a feeding tube.
