Everyone was beyond amazing at this clinic. From the friendly receptionists to the amazing nurses and my surgeon doctor Randolph. I was so comfortable and treated so well. The receptionist was so personable and the nurses , (Amy, and Liz ) and Robert were all so kind. I love Dr. Ferrell as well. Nobody likes to go in for any kind of procedure and they made it a lot less anxious and just a comfortable process for me with my anxiety and discomfort. So thankful for the u of m staff
Every staff member I interacted with was incredibly kind, compassionate, and put my mind at ease. Dr. Takami is a wonderful doctor.
All went well with my friend's surgery, except afterwards. It's a very long walk to the pharmacy at the other end of the building and nobody told me I needed the patient's birth date to pick up the prescriptions. We specifically asked if I should bring his ID along with me, but were told I only needed my own. To make matters worse, the pharmacy staff was rude. I recommend using a different pharmacy.
While stopping short of calling it a wonderful experience, I will say that by far the worst part of the experience was before I arrived. For a medical facility, the prep and recovery area were surprisingly comfortable. The staff was absolutely top notch. Every one clearly concerned about their patients, showing both empathy and professionalism. They said the worst part of the whole experience is setting up the IV and they were not wrong. I'm grateful that this was where I went.
