Sent a text to get price, and set up a time for installation. He didn't show up at the agreed-to time, so I sent a text asking if he would be here later. After several hours, he replied saying his helper didn't come to work, and asked if we could re-schedule to the next day. We agreed on 11:00, and he didn't show up, and still no notice or call. We had a rear window replaced, had to come back hours later for the tint man to tint the other three windows to somewhat match the one they installed and within three days all the tint on all three windows was bubbling. Bringing the truck back was not an option due to the fact that we work all over se texas. They told us we had to bring the truck back within that week. Had some break 2 windows on my truck on a Sat afternoon. David was prompt with 2 new windows and had them installed quickly and cleaned up the broken glass. Very professional! Outstanding job!!
