***STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS*** Customer service is HORRIBLE!! First, they made a mistake on the jacket which in return had to delay the "ready/pick" up date of 09/19/24. This person which the name starts with a "H" said that she will give us a call back when the jacket will be read (NEVER CALLED BACK)!!!. F Fast forward to today 09/27/24, I had to call them & ask if the jacket was ready. They said "yes". I get there to pick up the jacket & pay for it...the price changed/increased $98!!! Not the best customer service. Let an item with the company a few weeks before my son's birthday. They said it would be done in time but when I called a few days prior to, they barely told me they were not about to provide the service. Very disappointed
I really like this place. Bought hats at KENS, got embroidery at U n URS. Brought in my own jerseys, got embroidery. Even got my own custom league logo embroidery on everything. GREAT EMBROIDERY. Been going to them for years for our Fantasy football league. Fast, easy and friendly.
