Although this location is convenient, the service by the owner is terrible. She always rushes and damages my nails in the process. Some of the nail techs are ok but they don’t stay long. The equipment is not sanitized between uses nor do they follow health protocols within the facility.

Yesterday, I was at the place remove my shellac. The lady who was removing my shellac used the machine too fast. I was keep saying ' stop, stop ' you are hurting me. She even touched out of nail too. I am writing it's so painful. When I told her, you are hurting me. She said, " it's ok". My nails are scraped so badly. She did use any other tools just this. Worst experience ever i have coming here they do good work last few times good work but today whole time firstly they were talking in their own language making others uncomfortable and then when you say anything they start talking in thier language and start laughing. For any business make sure you create friendly environment for customers rather then making them uncomfortable such a worst customer service. I called to ask if I could walk in, and they quickly made arrangements for me. I’m so thankful! The service and everything were excellent. I was a bit short on time, so I only did a manicure this time, but I’ll definitely be back for a pedicure next time!
