Dr. Lee is an amazingly good doctor. The office, however, leaves a lot to be desired. For example, today I called and was immediately put on hold. Problem is I was still on hold over 30 minutes later. The front office staff shut off the phones so when I attempted to call back, they were closed. Completely disgusted that they just left me on hold for such an obscene amount of time and didn't even know why I called. Dr. Lee is an amazing doctor. But the office people need to do better. Dr. Lee is a fantastic doctor. He is a careful and compassionate listener. He is always focused on delivering the best care and working with various kinds of patients to improve their quality of life. He's been great with my husband who can be stubborn, but who trusts him and has been great with our daughter since she was 4 days old. I highly recommend him!
The front-desk receptionist, Marcia, is so rude! At first I called multiple times and no one picked up. I did this many days in a row while still pregnant. Weeks after, when my son was born, I finally got someone on the line and asked to enroll my newborn son with Dr. Lee because his practice it’s 10 minutes from my house (my current pediatrician is about 30 minutes away). Had not seen him for 10 yrs, no health/wellness plan for me. Went to office severe sciatic..told I was considered a new patient..AND WE ARE NOT TAKING NEW PATIENTS ...I had to limp into an Urgent care unit to recieved care...how embarrassing. This happened a number of yrs ago...he dropped the ball on my welless... And u could be next.
Dr. Lee is amazing. He takes his time with you AND the children! Very thorough!! His bed side manners are out of this world. Every doctor should take a class from this guy! Thanks for being the best!! : )
