I have been seeing doctor K for nearly 20 years now, and my kids all see Dr Lee. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. The only downside here is lack of equipment. I wish they could do Xrays onsite instead of needing to be referred elsewhere
I had a doctors appointment here yesterday with Dr Burstein and he was wonderful and all ears and he seems like a great doctor but the receptionist at the desk I handed my insurance cards to who looked at me, not understanding why I have a specific Medicare plan with BCBS since it's for people who are disabled or 65 and older, and I didn’t appear disabled according to the receptionist since she couldn’t understand why I had that insurance so I disclosed to her that I am an autistic individual.
