I noticed a strange rattling sound coming from the floor vents whenever the heat was on. Isaac came out for an HVAC duct cleaning and found a few loose screws and even an old set of keys that had fallen down there! He cleared out all the debris and made sure the ductwork was properly supported so it wouldn't rattle anymore.
