Extremely slow customer service and order preparation. Placed an order on the 27th of November to the email address on their site and I never received so much as a "hey order received" much less an actual order acknowledgement. I had to call, ask for an order acknowledgement be told by Nick that he'd send it right over. Three days later still no OA, called again, he finally sent an INVOICE addressed to the plant we closed in TX about 6 months ago, I ask for a revised invoice to show our CA plant address and three days later ... read more

Nice people But waiting over three weeks for a order and no show. I tried for over 10 days to call and emails with no response to check up on my order. So I cant recconmend this company. :(
