Card was changed in their system after last payment!!! Guy argued with me about the charges on a card I have never owned! The charges for the last few yrs have been on the same card! He also stated we had a storage unit there about 3 yrs ago & we NEVER had a storage unit there! TERRIBLE customer service!! EDIT: they NEVER SENT ANY bills or showed any proof of that card had been charged for the last 3 yrs! Great customer service! They are very knowledgeable about the storage industry and Ulok has a huge variety of different storage options. Plus they are constantly making improvements and upgrades and keep the place up beautifully. Super-convenient location right off of 29. They also have all of the expected tech in place to make it easy to autopay so you never miss a month. Nice folks to do business with 🙂
