Ulofts I believe has very poor customer service, they would not tell me after three work orders on my dishwasher (at least) that it needed new parts and I had to ask what is wrong with my dishwasher and they finally told me they were ordering new parts. I would give Ulofts a 0 out of 5 star.
The apartments are very nice but they are infested with cockroaches.
This places only saving grace is that it’s close to the university. The walls and ceilings are paper thin so prepare to have a glimpse into all of your neighbors lives all while having to deal with the cockroach’s that infest this old building. Would not recommend if you have other options available.
Amazing staff, renovated apartments. Best value for student housing in Binghamton by far.
