Roach infested!!! Old moldy smelling building… wouldn’t recommend. If you need to live here do it but other than that no.
I love living here, the staff is so nice and approachable. I can tell they are well-versed on customer service, so any review talking about poor customer service is simply not true. I've pretty much dealt with everyone over the years and this is not a complaint I've ever had, and I know at times I can be difficult to work with. But they act fast to resolve any issue that may potentially arise. Special shoutout to Gabby for all the help! I also want to give a shout out to the manager Amy! They are the best team to depend on.
I love living here, the staff is so nice and approachable, however, I cannot get past the pest issue. Once this has been resolved, I will adjust this to a 5-star review, because I believe this property has potential to be 5-star worthy. I believe there are bee hives inside of the brick walls, so U-Lofts needs to do a thorough inspection to remove the main source. It would be nice to safely remove the bees. Living at ULofts has been a frustrating experience. One of the biggest issues is the constant presence of cockroaches, no matter how clean you try to keep your space, they keep coming back. On top of that, I’ve even had bees come in to my apartment as well, which is not only annoying but potentially dangerous. The building itself is clearly very old and poorly maintained.
