Lori has been absolutely amazing. From helping with my storage unit, to helping with my uhaul rental. The place itself is great, climate control, clean, and great security systems. Lori alone by far deserves the 5 stars. Thank you so much for all your help!
To begin, I don't give 5 star to anyone simply because i personally believe no one is perfect and luckily we have been given the opportunity to grow if that's what we choose. Having said that, I WILL give Mission U Lock a 5 Star rating because i know they take the rating seriously and are always keen to hear what their clients have to say and how they are referred. From the moment we walked through the doors my wife and I were welcomed by a friendly member of U lock who was able to help us figure out exactly what we needed for storage space. She was very patient with us and she took the time to listen. She took us on a tour and gave us a chance to figure out what we needed.She was able to make our move a little less stressful and we appreciate that. We recommend your facility to anyone looking for storage. Thanks!
