I booked a unit not realizing it was way out of the way. I called and asked for it to be transferred to a closer unit and that wasn't possible. Even though I made a mistake, they went above and beyond and issued a refund!! I then booked with them at the proper location. The facilities are VERY clean and customer service is top notch!! Highly recommend!
