I am moving into my new apartment today and I walked through the door and there was no power! I called the office and was told to call SWEPCO I did and services were restored then disconnected again! I called SWEPCO and was told it was done by the complex!!! The manager Jennifer left for the day and put a note in the system to not have my services restored until Tuesday just to be rude to me!!! Super disappointed in the apartment hunting process with this company! Many of the apartment complexes are not open on Saturdays and closed during lunchtime during week. This company could do better by accommodating the working class and open during weekends and lunch hours. Getting ahold of anyone is like trying to call the president of the United States . Sent to voicemail and no return calls (happened more than once). Customer service is awful. I don’t like leaving poor reviews but this one was warranted.
