I wish I can give a zero for this place. Extremely poor and negative attitude towards anything you say. Walked with a driveshaft to be modified, front desk rep immediately said it won't work, then machinist said it will work no problem 160. 3 days later they call me saying we have an issue with driveshaft, I went to the store, they said you need to modify your u joint for us, took it to a CNC shop paid 50 bucks for modification, brought it back to them, 5 minutes later, they told me they can't fix it because CNC shop damaged... read more

Very unprofessional service. I went to TruckPro to see about getting my drive shaft balanced, and the u-joints replaced. The mechanic there, Martin, said the drive shaft would not fit in his machine even though it was a standard drive shaft with 1310 u-joints. I asked him if he could just make a drive shaft with the exact specifications of the one I brought in, and he agreed to this.
