Ordered a PTO clutch kit online, shipping from PHX. Next day called to ask why the order was "zeroed" with a freight charge. I was told that the order shipped from Phoenix and that the freight charge was separate because of the transfer. 2 business days later, no order has arrived. Called Phoenix and was told they cancelled the transfer due to no stock available. I was never notified. Spoke to Cesar in Albuquerque and he seemed as perplexed as I did. Charles and Trini were both awesome today searching for a ujoint replacement that came off my chipper. They kept at it long after I was ready to surrender...never felt like I was putting them out. Great service & highly knowledgeable!! Thanks again gentlemen
