If you have a problem with your storage unit dont bother to complain to the management at the office or send an e-mail to corporate because they apparently don't care, you will either get a non helpful response or in corporates case NO response at all I will probably move my rv as soon as I find a place that cares what its clients need. Seems like the rv storage gate is open and inoperable more than it works so not that secure. I rented for the security but not so much.
Keep up the good service
We hired a locksmith to cut off the lock for our unit so we could get into it. The management refused to let him in, even though I was with him. They refused because he was speaking Spanish. He even showed his card issued by the Texas showing he was licensed but they refused to let him in because they said he needed a paper. They even called the company and they proved he worked for them but the girls still refused him access. These women were racist again the Hispanic customer and Hispanic locksmith. We recently moved from Converse to Converse, and we used the trucks in this facility to do so. In all, we rented from them five times, and every experience with them was amazing! The staff is incredibly professional! Every encounter I had with them demonstrated a positive, caring environment where the employee did their best to manage my needs. While parking is at your own risk, I felt comfortable leaving my car here overnight while we had their truck. Overall, I highly recommend this place when managing your next move!
