Long line.. no customer service.. they need to acknowledge the people waiting for help
This place is hiring bottom of the barrel. They can't guve a straight answer to anything. Dont bother.
If I could give less than 1, I would. Our truck had a blowout. Blowouts are preventable and is negligence in the safety check process. This location put my family in danger. Worse, UHaul does not seem to care. I have spoken to customer service. That resulted in a patronizing email from this location's manger, Devin Dangle. When I responded to him, I have not heard anything else. I then emailed UHaul again. They were 'unable to find the complaint' and directed me to call customer service again.
