I never had my installation, the automated systems are not connected enough to the customer nor the employees which brings me to say that Uhaul would benefit from a User Experience designer.
RUN, go nowhere near this UHAUL. I've had better service in a burger king drive thru. Everything is "oh sorry nothing I can do." Oh it's FEDEX fault (not they ordered the wrong part) or can't communicate properly or say that something was overnighted when it wasn't or install just the hitch on one day awaiting the electrical, because they had problem after problem with the hitch installations before you. Please find another place to have your hitch installed. Usual has the worst customer service. I have tried to get a hitch for my 2021 Rav 4 for 3 weeks. I called the local number mid August and set up an appointment for 8/30/2022 for install of the hitch. I dropped my car the night before, 8/29. At 11am the next day (8/30) they called to tell me the hitch that they ordered had not arrived. Said it was in the local Fedex warehouse.
