Friendly, professional employees. Hitch installed while I waited. I was provided a comfortable chair and water. The installation was quicker than they estimated. Less than an hour.
Tried to get trailer hitch installed. They do not answer the phone (busy) so I left message two times. Their canned message said they would call me back. They never did.
My trailer hitch did not get installed. I showed up for my appointment they said couldn't install because their system was down nationwide. They did not try to give me another appointment or contact me since this happened 9 days ago on 5/24/23. The manager walked in with attitude and didn't try to help or re-schedule me either they just didn't care.
Kept me on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up and called back, they answered and I wasn't put on hold again. So they either forgot I was on hold or they didn't feel like talking to me. I spoke to the guy on the line about getting a tow package installed in my car, and he said they didn't have the lights. I told him I have lights in my car already.
