Setup an installation of a trailer hitch, since U-Haul advertises that they install the most hitches compared to anybody! Made an appointment for a week later and dropped off my truck the day before and asked them if they had any questions to call me. Called four hours later for an update? No one would answer my call or would leave on hold and not come back to the call. Arrived to U-Haul after work and found my truck in the same place I had left it. Superior recognition needs to be given to Stacy my hitch installer. He had me in and out in 40 minutes today and it seemed fairly busy at that. He was courteous and knowledgeable and I can always appreciate that combination. 5 stars! He installed the recommend curt hitch on a 2023 Hyundai Tucson limited

I was scheduled for an install and when I arrived, I was told there was no installer scheduled. No phone call to inform me of the appointment cancelation. I scheduled for the next day, confirmed a 1pm appointment and arrived at U-Haul on time. Was told it would take 2.5 hours. What I wasn't told was that there were 5 cars before me. I returned for pickup and my car was just put into the shop a little before 4pm. I sat in a waiting room for another 2 hours.
