I was all ready to call someone, as my experience started off rough. I scheduled my hitch installation 2 weeks ago and was not told when it was was rescheduled by Uhaul on the day before my appointment. When I checked the location for drop off, I noticed the date had changed. I made 12 calls to various UHaul representatives and although I tried really hard not to express my anger, I did have exasperation in my voice. Nick called me ahead of schedule and asked if I wanted to get the hitch installed sooner. When I told him that would be great, he set me up for a time that worked for me the very next day. I brought my work computer with me so I could work while I waited. He had my hitch installed nice and neat within a short period of time. I estimate it took only half of the time he quoted to me on the phone. The only thing I would like to see different is if there was a more comfortable waiting area inside.
