I rented a car hauler trailer from them and upon pick up the trailer was brought back by another user 10 minutes before I picked it up and on the way to Seattle the trailer was jumping all over the road and than I picked up a car and brought it down for 2 days and than took the car back up to Seattle and on the way back the trailer started jumping even higher and the rear tire exploded… after I got in contact with roadside and got it fixed. I had no issues after that and trailer didn’t have a single vibration… please inspect... read more

The person that did the hitch was very respectful The only problem I had was I made an appointment at 9:00 and I was never told that it was going to take as long as it did and so I didn't get any body to come and get me I didn't realize that it was a drop off until I got there and then I had no way to get anybody to come help me and I'm just disabled person but I'm happy with the job that was done
