Terrible, we drove 60 miles to the closest UHaul to find out the tow hitch we ordered was not available for installation. Our scheduled Installation date was July 5that 10 AM. Then, The UHaul representative stated we didn’t show up on our scheduled Appointment date and timeframe. They said we had scheduled our appointment for the 4th of July. Absolutely incorrect. Clearly shows the shop had no idea. No part, no call from the shop either.

Excellent customer service. Able to make appointment. Sturdy trailer hitch and wiring. Good competitive pricing and warranty. Installed same day.

Took a long time but the guys were apologetic and knocked off a bit of the price to compensate for my time.
