Nothing. I scheduled the installation as a gift for my son. I gave the scheduler the information and received a confirmation email. The day before going, my son called to confirm. Everything was apparently set. My son dropped off he car and was supposed to pick it up at the end of the day. When the installer had taken the car apart, it was only then did he realize they had ordered parts for a 2004 Honda and not a 2024 Honda and they did not have the correct parts to complete the install. na-the store didn’t honor the reservation [this happened twice!]. Colossal waste of time.
