First let me say that in no way does it state online that you are expected to leave your vehicle all day so they can install your hitch at their convenience not the customer. I had a 8am appointment and was called to push it back and ensure we had the vehicle promptly at 9am. We did so. Again no communication at that time that it would take longer than the 2.5 hours of installation time quoted for a standard install. Professionally handled start to finish.
Ohhh, where to start. Had an early appointment for hitch install. One vehicle was ahead of me. After I found out the installers got in over their head with work on an Audi and had to get a specialist from Audi to fix that install, they got to my hitch the following day. All I asked from them was to call me when they started it, which they didn't. I drove over to get my suv and a refund since no one was communicating with me.
