Nothing, i paid online for the hitch and made the appointment for 2 weeks later. Went to the appointment only to be told that the person who installs them hasn't worked there in a year. As I was leaving out someone told me the appointment was cancelled a few days ago and I should be seeing a refund. My issue is I didn't get a phone call and wasted my time. Lastly why is a service available online that they no longer have. Just update the website for this location and that solves the problem
Waiting to hear back from the Uhaul team to let me know when the hitch will be in and can be installed. The original hitch that came in was bent and did not fit my vehicle so it has not been installed. The install tech has been very helpful and professional but he cannot do his job if he is not given the correct parts in good order. Please have the shop contact me as soon as they have detail on when the new hitch will be arriving so we can reschedule the installation.
