It’s impossible to contact my local U-Haul location. The phone number given, on the website, connected me with the national customer service office, eventually. The “answer tree” sent me around and around endlessly. The only way to contact my location is a cell phone left by a local staff member.
Employee schedule me on Sunday, quote was for $267 for my 2018 Rave 4 LE with a curt hitch that is 3rd party. Quote was $450 for 4 hours. I was told $267 and about 2 to 2.5 hours. I drove a total of 3 hours to get it installed and they didn't have me scheduled until 4:45 PM. Never had my hitch installed! That same day, an employee scheduled me for Wednesday this week at 11AM. Never received a email confirmation and came on today to double check the time and no one had me scheduled for today! I understand how busy and hard it... read more

The person installing the hitch was very good and seemed to do a good job. It didn't take too long to install, once he was able to start.
