Had to make an emergency stop on a long road trip when our kid threw up in the car. Staff was incredibly helpful when we had no cleaning supplies on hand. The store was very clean and orderly inside as well.
Eddie and his staff are top notch. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate their understanding and willingness to go above and beyond their regular service. Apparently no one told the U-Haul installation center East Nob Hill, Yakima WA, 98901 about this appointment (confirming email from U-Haul, attached) to install a hitch on my car. The appointment was made on-line on August 12. When I came in I was told the parts were never ordered and that the person doing hitches at that shop was not in, today.
