Apparently no one told the U-Haul installation center East Nob Hill, Yakima WA, 98901 about this appointment (confirming email from U-Haul, attached) to install a hitch on my car. The appointment was made on-line on August 12. When I came in I was told the parts were never ordered and that the person doing hitches at that shop was not in, today.
