People make all the difference. Amanda and Brian are on top of things. My wife and I flew up from Tampa to help a family member out of a crisis and U-Haul thanks to great customer service from Brian and Amanda were pleasant, knowledge and helpful. Thanks U-Haul
They gave my son an excellent service
Rented a 26' super mover with a 4x8 trailer. Windshield was broken and so dirty, I had to clean it with Windex and paper towels before I could drive it. Their excuse was "we couldn't reach it". Also, fuel tank was less than 1/2 full, forcing us to drive through the gas station with the trailer attached, before leaving on our trip to New Hampshire.
