Steve was friendly and professional. He did good work. I don’t recommend booking online for a hitch or waiting while hitch is installed.
The Customer Service I received for my trailer hitch by the service Technician/ Installer was great--he is very courteous and honest. I scheduled my hitch appointment online with this U-Haul dealer at the Hookset Road, Manchester, NH location and the work was well done with a decent estimate on the amount of install time it was to take. The person who installed the hitch and wiring did a less than acceptable job. They did not properly secure the wiring and it melted to the muffler and caused my brakes and turn signals to go out and cost me $100 to get diagnosed and fixed. Now I still need my wiring redone but I don’t trust that person to touch my jeep

The staff. Very nice and professional. Great place to have work done on your vehicle.. we are very satisfied. And the staff agian, was awesome!!
