There was a lot that went wrong with the hitch installation, first off I wasn't able to get a hold of the location to talk to them directly so when I called the HQ they arranged for me to get my hitch as well as my bike rack and when I asked a woman is all that included including installation for the bike rack she said yes I showed up on the day it was supposed to happen the guy the counter said I wasn't supposed to get there until the following day I showed him the reservation showing him it was supposed to be for the day I... read more
Would give zero stars. Expressed ordered trailer wiring a week in advance. Was told I would get a phone call if it wasn’t there before my appointment…….drove almost an hour to location, only to be shown surprised I even had an appointment, and guess what?! I part was on back order. Thanks for wasting my day off.
I showed up for my appointment and found out they had no parts or technicians to install. 5 days later and they haven’t rescheduled me.
Do NOT rent a truck from here unless you spend at least an hour or two inspecting the vehicle for every tiny little scratch, dent, or any other damage. They charged me $150 for a tiny ding on the back door. A back door we didn’t even use, because we used the side door to load and unload. I overlooked it when I did my pre-rental inspection because it was so small. They want to claim it cost $210 to repair this, even though I could buy a $10 and pop it out myself.
