There was only 2 people working at this Pine Bluff location. The installer was knowledgeable and took the time to explain things in a way my father could understand. Both were very friendly. The lady working the frint was friendly and knowledgeable. Overall was the one of the best places I've been for an install. We love the new tow kit. Would definitely recommend this place to others.
I drove 1 1/2 hours for an appointment to a place I was told could install a hitch for me. When I got there they told me they DID NOT INSTALL HITCHES! So, I had to drive another hour to Sherwood to get it put on. And the lady at the counter at the Pine Bluff location could learn how to smile! She was not friendly at all and acted like she hated being there.
