Showed up for my confirmed appointment, was asked if anyone called me (obviously not), and was told sorry, but they don’t even have the hitch yet. This was scheduled two weeks out, and because I wasn’t even notified, I just canceled and requested a refund with customer service.
I got there at 745 for an 8am install. No installer was available until 9. I waited until 905 when the worker arrived. He was annoyed that I was there and at the "local system not being connected to the national" to know there was an install. After a bit of a huff, he proceeded to try to install the hitch. He broke off on bolt and rounded off another, and did not have tools to fix this issue. I left with the hitch in my van and the electrical done (which was just loose wires in the back of my minivan).
