Wasn't good experience - Was in the store for over 5hrs. Only had one staff member doing everything. Best part was the sofa recliner as without that wouldn't have been comfortable lol also snipped a wire so now I have to make a claim. Should have gone to ford in the first place.
I never got the installation done. I did not get a call until 3rd when I called and the appointment was for 4th. I traveled out on the 6th.
The staff were rude and unpleasant at the Koehler location. When we went in to ask about renting the vehicle for the morning the worker on duty was clearly annoyed we interrupted his smoke break. When I returned the vehicle I went in to ask where I should park it, same guy growled "Over where it says 'return equipment'" I asked "where is that?" He snapped back "over by those two big trucks!" (in a parking lot filled with trucks.) The staff were not helpful answering questions.
