I was very unhappy, I setup the appointment online, when I got to the location they told me that they only have the technician to install hitches working on Saturdays. They said the website shouldn't have let me schedule it on any other day. In addition, I had arranged for a Lyft to pick me up to go back home, and had to cancel that which cost me $10. I lost an hour of my time, $10 for the Lyft ride, and don't have a hitch installed.
The third place took my vehicle in. I went for a 35 minute walk. On my return I waited for 5 customers ahead of me and when my turn came the woman told me they had a previous appointment and it would be a little longer.
