Nothing; the hitch didn't arrive as scheduled
I brought my Jeep into Uhaul to have a trailer hitch put on. In the past you were allowed to talk to an experienced person on types of hitches and wiring but not anymore. When I got to my Jeep the hood was left open. Several days later I found a wire hanging down underneath my Jeep that must of been from installation of the hitch. Do yourself a favor and don't use this Uhaul dealer.
A tip for those using U-Haul for a hitch installation...Make sure that you call before you head in for your appointment. Apparently, even though you receive an e-mail confirmation for your appointment with instructions to come at the designated time, this does not mean that they have the supplies necessary. I learned this lesson the hard way, showing up for appointment with no hitch in sight. I ended up taking my business elsewhere.
easy and painless, dropped it off and hitch was ready within in an hour. everything seems to work fine.
