It didn't happen. Booked 1 month in advance. Drove over an hour to get there to be told the installer had called out sick for the last week and wasnt there.
It's a good place to have a storage unit. It's clean, quiet, some kind of privacy, an alarm system from the devil cause it goes off for no reasons at all, but it works! Easy access, garage access, dumpster access if necessary and easy to get a U-Haul when needed!
