Like so many other companies, U-haul seems to run skeleton crew/staff. In spite of this, the few times I've used this location, the staff was always pleasant, but also overworked. Step up U-haul. Hire more people. And then pay them better cos the people here are stellar.
This crew is always helpful! pleasant great customer service! even found a big spider in my car and tried to get it for me! strongly recommend!
I had my own hitch installed here red Mitsubishi in the pictures!! I wouldn't trust anyone else!
