If I could have left negative stars I would have. U-Haul was negligent when installing our hitch by not placing 2 large bolts to the frame for the car. This resulted in cracking the frame of our car, leaving us with thousands of dollars in repairs. We tried to have U-Haul pay for the damage but they refused. Even the body shop that repaired our car said it was clear U-Haul did not install these bolts. Our insurance had to go through subrogation to pursue covering the cost of damage. I will never trust U-Haul again!
Just really kind employees here, making things easier and more pleasant on everyone. I really appreciate their kindness and efficiency.
