Was told to set an appt through the app or online to put a bolt on tow hitch for my vehicle. I was given the option through the UHaul app for 1900pm on a Friday. (Earliest time available given) This was not even the last appointment of the day given. I drove 45 minutes and showed 15 minutes early for the appt.
