Great communication and terrific service. I was scheduled for a Saturday install and got a call asking if I wanted it early. Dropped my car off on time, got a call less than 3 hours later to come pick it up. Friendly people. I'd recommend this spot to family and friends.
Aimed more at the mega corp Hire more people and stop sending customers to call centers. I called two locations to get a price quote on installing a 7 pin for my truck. Called every hour throughout the day. Kept getting routes to a call center and even their "hitch specialists" couldn't give me a quote. All they wanted to do was set up an appointment. I am going with the local mechanics because of this terrible experience
First - I made my appointment online for 8:30am, and selected "wait at location" for the service to be completed. This indicated it would not take long to complete. When I arrived, the service rep said my appointment was at 4:45pm. When I contradicted this by showing her my email confirmation, the employee just dismissed me and said it would be done by 4:45pm. Since I didn't plan to drop the car off in the first place, I had to spend $25 to get a Lyft back home. Second - There was no offer to try and get my car done sooner. ... read more
He talked us through what we needed and explained options clearly. The original quote had items we didn’t need, and those charges were removed. The install took the amount of time he stated and he did a good quality job.
