The manager Ms McCoy went above and beyond to assist me in getting my rental trailer and truck in order. Had it not been for her quick resolution skills I would have missed my scheduled pickup times that were set for another location all the way in SKOKIE IL. I appreciate and applaud her expertise, I try to be that same type of manager at my job so just giving compliments where its due.
