Excellent customer service, witch is rare these days!
All of the staff, including the Manager JD were so helpful and friendly through what turned out to be a very challenging installation (2019 Ford Edge). Took several hours, we had to wait for the install, but are very satisfied with their service!
It took 5 hours to install and was told it would take 2 & 1/2 hours. When I got home they forgot to put my cargo plate back in the car and the connection to the trailer did not work.
