They installed my trailer hitch quickly and professionally.
After scheduling a week in advance, and driving 1 hour to Auburn, I was turned away because the tech did not work, thus service was never performed. No phone call was made to inform me, and when I asked why I was not informed in advance so I wouldn’t have to drive 1 hr, the owner nonchalantly replied, “we don’t call.” Poor customer service!
It finally got done. Website is completely unreliable.
