Ordered the hitch on 30 Jun for a 7am appt on 8 Jul. Arrived sharply at 0700, was told person that does hitches doesn't come in until 0800. Was told to come back. Came back at 0800-to be told that only had wiring harness and no hitch. Would order hitch and will get it by 9 Jul. Told appt would be at 1100. Told I would receive $75 credit on my $391 billing.
