Best thing about this install is that it’s now, finally over. I was not going to leave a review but apparently I’m going to get a reminder email every day/week until I finally do. The good: the price, ease of scheduling and the local people. The bad: U-Haul’s automated system for reserving appointments and parts. My car is a crossover of two models and that wasn’t listed as an option so I chose one and made a note about the other, in case hitch parts were different. I had to sit in store and wait and the staff was very accommodating! Owner Steven did my hitch installation even without a part that would make it easier/faster, because he did not want me to miss my trailer pick-up-date. Very considerate! 10/10 experience.
Steve was excellent about fitting me onto the schedule, offering his knowledge on the process and made a reccomendation for which trailer I can rent from uhaul that this hitch could tow with. Thanks!
