What a joke. Scheduled service, woke up early to arrived, and was told that they moved my trailer hitch install a week out.
The customer service and hitch installation at the Central Ave. Dover NH U-Haul was excellent. The service tech was knowledgeable and answered all my questions, and the installation tech was careful and completed the work expertly and promptly. A very different experience from which I received at the Central Square Cambridge MA and Brighton MA locations.
Prompt, efficient and anxious to please.
