Tristan was awesome and helped me install the bike rack in addition to installing the hitch. They seem short staffed so the people working in the garage have to go back and forth to the shop, but they were super nice and helpful when they did. Just a lot of back and forth. Very nice people who were eager to help all the customers!
I made the 8 am appointment online the evening before. The hitch was still completed on time. The staff was knowledgeable and courteous throughout the process. Definitely recommend them!
